At Good Fire, we aim to make our community safer with firewood sourced from local vegetation management efforts. In partnership with local fire departments, tree service companies, private landowners, and stakeholders, we repurpose what would otherwise be hazardous material into high-quality, eco-friendlier firewood.
Good Fire is more than a product; it’s a mission to protect our community.
Our vision extends beyond business—a portion of profits directly support local fire protection initiatives, contributing to the safety and resiliency of Sonoma County.
Our name is a nod to the millennia-old indigenous practice of tending the land with slow, intentional, controlled burns.
Our brand and marketing efforts go beyond promoting the product. They play a crucial role in educating the public about the critical need for controlled burns.
This “good fire” burns more slowly and safely than wildfires, and helps to regenerate the land. Simply put, bad fire destroys life. Good fire gives life.
